1 Return Conditions:

  • A return request must be submitted within 10 days of receiving the product.
  • The product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, with all original packaging intact.
  • Custom-made or personalized products cannot be returned or refunded.

2. Non-Returnable Products:

  • Products that have been damaged due to misuse.
  • Items that have been opened or used.
  • Promotional gifts sent with orders.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

3. Return Process:

a. Submit a Return Request:

  • Or through the return form available on our website.

b. Review of the Request:

  • Your return request will be reviewed within 5 business days, and you will be notified of approval or rejection via email or phone.

c. Return the Product:

  • After approval, please return the product to the address we provide.
  • Shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of errors in the order or a defective product.

4. Refund Policy:

  • Once the product is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Shipping fees paid may not be refundable.

5. Partial Refunds:

Certain situations may only allow partial refunds, including:

  • Product with obvious signs of use.
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Items returned more than 10 days after delivery.

6. Late or Missing Refunds:

  • Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is posted.
  • Then, reach out to your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

7. Sale Items:

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

8. Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item for the same one, email us at support@marst.ma and send the item to us.

9. Shipping Returns:

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
  • For expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receiving your returned item.
