1 Return Conditions:
- A return request must be submitted within 10 days of receiving the product.
- The product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, with all original packaging intact.
- Custom-made or personalized products cannot be returned or refunded.
2. Non-Returnable Products:
- Products that have been damaged due to misuse.
- Items that have been opened or used.
- Promotional gifts sent with orders.

3. Return Process:
a. Submit a Return Request:

b. Review of the Request:
- Your return request will be reviewed within 5 business days, and you will be notified of approval or rejection via email or phone.
c. Return the Product:
- After approval, please return the product to the address we provide.
- Shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of errors in the order or a defective product.
4. Refund Policy:
- Once the product is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Shipping fees paid may not be refundable.
5. Partial Refunds:
Certain situations may only allow partial refunds, including:

- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Items returned more than 10 days after delivery.

- Then, reach out to your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

7. Sale Items:
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
8. Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item for the same one, email us at support@marst.ma and send the item to us.
9. Shipping Returns:
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
- For expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receiving your returned item.
